Extended Open House Hours
The 2015 Town & Country New Home & Specialty Retail Tour takes place the next two weekends here in Fort Wayne. The tour takes place Saturday, April 25, Sunday, April 26, Saturday, May 2nd, and Sunday, May 3rd from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. This tour gives prospective buyers a chance to visit many model homes in Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas. At SauderBuilt, we're in the process of building our first model home in years. It's been a nice change of pace to pick all the features and finishes ourselves. SauderBuilt is excited to annouce the construction of a Model Home! Our model home is located in Talon's Reach subdivision off of Hathaway Road in northwest Allen County. The home is located on a beautiful, corner lot near the entrance to the subdivision. We will be posting pictures and details along the way on our blog and social media sites.
